Your enquiries

When you contact IMK Property through this website, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number and message you provide. For land opportunities, we also receive the site and planning details you choose to share.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss your interest in a home or development opportunity. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

How information is handled

Enquiries are saved privately in our WordPress website, where they are available to authorised administrators. A notification is also sent through our website’s email service to our designated enquiry inbox, and an automatic acknowledgement is sent to the email address you provide. Our website hosting and email providers process information as needed to run those services.

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation and any resulting relationship, and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. If you would like to ask about your information, request a correction or ask for deletion, please use our contact form and mention “privacy request”.

Security and spam prevention

The form uses a security token, an anti-spam field and a short-term limit on repeated submissions. A keyed, hashed identifier based on the submitting connection and email is held temporarily to apply that limit. Hosting systems may also keep ordinary security and access logs.

Cookies and external services

The IMK website theme does not add advertising cookies or analytics trackers. WordPress may use essential cookies for administrator sign-in and normal site operation. The gallery and form work without advertising cookies.

Maps and agent listings open only when you follow their links. Those external websites have their own privacy and cookie policies. If you contact an agent through Rightmove, that agent and Rightmove handle the information you submit under their own notices.
